Our Luxury hot tubs in the east midlands are the Perfect way to celebrate or just relax & enjoy a weekend with your friends, family & loved ones just turn on the 140 massaging jets, sit back relax, & pop a bottle of bubbly or 2 open under the night sky whilst indulging in 40°c Heaven.

All our hot tub packages are suitable for both adults & children, but we must stress that an Adult must always be present with a child when the hot tub is in use.
This package comes with the following:
7 Person Inflatable Hot Tub
Maintenance kit (skimming net, chlorine dispenser)
Bookings must be on a flat surface only with access to Water & Electric supply.
Our hot tub packages are Delivery & Collection Dates are Thursday - Tuesday or Friday - Wednesday by our friendly delivery team who will carefully go over the instructions of how to operate your hot tub hire and Maintain your water you will also be left with an instructions sheet for the duration of your hire as well as constant support via phone call or message to assist you with your hire.
Our hot tub hire packages are available to hire in the most postal areas in Derby & Nottingham such as Heanor, Ilkeston, Eastwood Belper, Ripley, Long Eaton, Sutton in Ashfield and more...

Indoor Hire
All our Bouncy Castles, Inflatable Slides, Assault Courses, Soft play & Games are available to hire indoors & available all year round, prior to booking please check ceiling heights of your chosen venue when booking one of the above. Please allow a minimum of 15 minutes per item either side of the party times for setup and collection.
Outdoor Hire
Outdoor hires are also available all year round, from November 1st – 1st March all outdoor hires incur an added £30 charge during these months we highly recommend booking an indoor venue. Outdoor hires are weather permitting we do not hire in heavy or persistent rain, or when wind speeds/gusts are above 24mph this is for the safety of the users. We offer a non-refund policy on all payments but kindly work with the customer to rearrange to a future date this needs to be rearranged within 30days of the original booking date or all funds paid will be lost. We always aim to contact you beforehand & KCM Inflatables have the final decision whether the booking will be able to go ahead.
Safety Notes
All our equipment should be always supervised by a responsible adult and follow safety instructions written in your signed rental agreement instructions will also be given out prior to setting up.
Payment terms
When making a booking we ask for a 25% booking fee which is non-refundable to secure the booking whilst also offering the option of paying the full balance. We ask for all outstanding balances of your chosen products to be paid on the morning of your booking date before the arrival of the team. Final Payments can be made via the payment link that we will send to you via email on the date of arrival if you wish to pay this beforehand, please let us know and we will promptly send an email out to you to make the payment.
We don’t take cash payments.
Outdoor bookings we strongly recommend paying only the 25% booking fee to secure the booking.
