Hire term & information:
All of our products are available to hire for both indoors & outdoors events.
Dimensions: Prior to booking please check the room height and floor space of your chosen venue, all the relevant information for our products can be found on our website and the customer takes full responsibility in ensuring that the adequate space is provided.
Set up/Take down times: Please allow 45minutes - 1hour either side of your event times for setting up and takedown of this product.
Outdoor Hire:
Winter: From November 1st – 1st March all outdoor hires incur an added £30 charge during these months, due to uncertain weathers during these months we highly recommend booking an indoor venue to guarantee your booking isn’t effected.
Rainfall: All Outdoor hires are weather permitting we do not hire in heavy or persistent rain.
High winds: when the wind speeds are above 24mph all outdoor bookings will be cancelled this is governed by HSE guidance.
If your booking is effected by the weather all payments made will be offered as a credit note that can be used on a future booking strictly no refunds will be offered.
We strongly recommend paying the £50 booking fee to secure the booking.
Payment terms
Booking fee Payments: All bookings can be secured with a £50 Booking Fee which is deducted from the final balance or a full balance payment when booking with us.
Final Balance Payment: Final balances must be paid 24hrs before the chosen Booking date via a secure Payment Link unless agreed with the customer.
Accepted Payment methods: We accept all payments by the following: Apple Pay / Google Pay / Bacs only.
We don’t accept payments by Cash or Cheque.
Refund Policy:
KCM Inflatables have a non-refund policy on all payments that include Customer Cancellations or unsuitable weather.
