At KCM Inflatables ltd we take safety very seriously and our main priority is to give your party safe party entertainment hire and ensure you have a great day safely. All of our inflatable equipment have an annual PIPA test by a competent RPII approved tester ensuring that they comply to the Health and safety BS EN 14960-13 standards. All of our electrical equipment receives an annual PAT test by a certified tester, and wealso hold £5 million public liability insurance for further piece of mind whilst all member of staff are DBS checked.

hired the disco bouncy castle with speaker and light. the children thoroughly enjoyed it. set up and taken down by a lovely gentleman. very helpful and accommodating nothing was too much.

Approached KCM inflatables at short notice to see if there was any opportunity to supply a bouncy castle for a local community charity event. from the beginning communication was great and the event proved to be a real success. with the big slide and games inflatable being supplied. would definitely recommend KCM to any event you may want to organise.

We hired out a kids bouncy castle for our daughters 1st birthday. Luckily the weather remained reasonably good, & everyone loved it, from the younger & older children, even some of the adults having fun! The guy who delivered it was very lovely. If needing a bouncy castle again, this company would be 1st on our list.

A few weeks ago this company really came through for my friends daughters birthday party, after she'd been let down ridiculously last minute by another company. KCM were so professional, kind, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend KCM Inflatables. There range of products and the service that they provide was amazing. Their communication and knowledge to help to provide for my sons party was incredible. We hired the football globe and the basketball shooting inflatable and the kids loved it. Children turned up and shouted “wow” at the football globe, it’s something no one has seen before. The basketball inflatable kept the kids entertained for hours. Kevin kept to his timings and communicated so well with us. The inflatables are of great quality and after using other inflatable companies before I am so glad that I have found a local company that has such high standards, with prices that reflect there great service. I am already looking for more inflatables for my other sons birthday, as there product range is fabulous. Thank you again!

We have just had a hot tub for the weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday, can't fault this company one bit right from booking through to collect there customer service was brilliant.
Set up was super fast and shown how to look after the hot tub and left a care box for the weekend with instructions.
Collection again super fast and no signs there had even been a hot tub there, even offered to put the kids climbing frame back in place for us. Would highly recommend these guys and will 100% be booking again with them in the future, thank you KCM Inflatables for a fab weekend.

We hired a hot tub over Easter weekend and these guys were great from start to finish. They explained everything, left us with all the bits we needed for the tub over the weekend, communication was spot on and didn’t have any issues. The hot tub was perfect and will definitely be hiring from KCM again in the future 🙂

My mum and dad used KCM Inflatables for a hot tub for a surprise for my 21st lockdown birthday and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From what my mum and dad said they received excellent service from them, explaining everything about the hot tub and replied straight away when we encountered a slight issue. The hot tub was in amazing condition and overall the service was amazing. Would definitely use and recommend them again!! Thank you I had the best day ever x

Amazing professional company. We had the disco bouncy castle and Kevin and his team were helpful throughout, from the booking process up until it was time to pick up the castle. I would highly recommend this company! For the first time I hired a hot tub which was absolutely fantastic, the lights, the gazebo and bluetooth speaker make it even more luxurious. All chemicals and instructions are included for a day to day basis, so not having to worry about remembering everything off the top of your head. Great team work very friendly, answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble, any other issues I had they were just a phone call away.
I will definitely be hiring another on in summer time and would recommend to all my friends and family, definitely won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic service, showed up when they said they would do, set it all up making sure it was in the best position in the garden and that it was fully anchored down, the lads were very friendly and couldn't of been more helpful, even when picking it up they just got on with what they needed to do. These guys pulled out all of the stops for us today and I can’t thank them enough. I contacted them last minute on Friday as I was let down by someone else, they booked in with us and ended up with a rip in their slide yesterday at another event, they ended up getting it fixed this morning after the determination from Kev. He is passionate about his customer service and doesn’t want to let anyone down!

Booked for my lads party yesterday.
Kevin arrived on time and was brilliant around the kids.
