Indoor Hire
Please check the available floor space and ceiling height at your chosen venue before booking. The dimensions shown on each product page are for the inflatable itself, so additional working and safety space may be required around the unit.
We ask customers to allow enough time before and after the event for delivery, setup and collection. Setup times vary depending on the equipment booked and access to the venue.
Outdoor Hire
Outdoor hires are available throughout the year, subject to suitable weather and ground conditions.
Outdoor inflatables must be installed on a suitable surface that allows the equipment to be safely anchored. If your venue has artificial grass, please contact our team before booking so we can confirm whether the inflatable can be installed safely.
From 1 November to 1 March, outdoor inflatable bookings may be subject to our seasonal outdoor hire charge where applicable.
Weather Conditions
Customer safety is our priority. Inflatables cannot be operated in unsafe weather conditions, including wind speeds or gusts above the permitted safety limits for the equipment.
If the forecast for your booking shows unsuitable wind, persistent heavy rain or other conditions that could make the hire unsafe, KCM Inflatables reserves the right to cancel or postpone the outdoor setup.
Where applicable, payments may be transferred to an alternative date in accordance with our booking terms.
Setup & Collection
All inflatables are delivered, installed and secured by our team before use. Customers should not move, reposition or alter any inflatable or anchoring equipment once setup has been completed.
Please ensure there is clear access to the setup area before our arrival. If access includes steps, narrow gateways, long distances from parking or other restrictions, please let us know before booking.
Safety & Supervision
All inflatable equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Users must follow the safety instructions provided with the hire, including any age, height or capacity restrictions shown for the inflatable. Shoes, food, drinks, face paint, sharp objects and other unsuitable items should not be taken onto the equipment.
The inflatable must not be used if it becomes deflated, unsecured or otherwise unsafe. If you have any concerns during the hire, stop use immediately and contact our team.
Payment & Cancellation Terms
A booking is only secured once the required booking payment has been received.
Any outstanding balance must be paid in accordance with the payment deadline shown on your booking confirmation. Payments are made using the payment link provided by email.
Booking payments and balances are non-refundable where stated in our terms and conditions, although in some circumstances payments may be transferred as credit towards a future booking.
Before Booking
Please check:
- the inflatable dimensions against your available space
- venue ceiling height for indoor hires
- access to the setup area
- the surface type for outdoor hires
- that a responsible adult will be available to supervise the equipment
