The advertised base price covers our 6m x 3m professional gazebo structure and roof canopy, including professional installation, appropriate anchoring and collection by our experienced team. Sidewalls and additional event equipment are available as optional extras during the booking process.

Ground Surface & Anchoring
Our standard gazebo hire includes professional installation and suitable ground anchoring on grass.
For installations on hardstanding surfaces such as concrete, tarmac or paving, additional ballast equipment may be required and will incur a separate charge.
Hardstanding installation can be selected as an optional extra later in the online booking process, with any additional charges clearly displayed before confirming your booking.
If you’re unsure whether your setup area requires additional anchoring, please contact our team before booking so we can assess suitability and advise on the appropriate installation method.
All installations are subject to suitable ground conditions, weather conditions and safe anchoring requirements.

Site Requirements & Access
Please ensure there is enough clear, reasonably level space for the marquee size booked, with suitable access for our team and equipment. The installation area should be free from obstacles, low branches and anything that may prevent a safe setup.
If the marquee is to be installed on a hard surface such as concrete or tarmac, please let us know before booking so we can confirm whether the setup is suitable.
Setup & Collection
Marquee setup and collection times will vary depending on the size of the structure, venue access, ground conditions and any optional extras booked.
Our team will arrange suitable installation and collection times before your event. Please make sure the setup area is clear and accessible when we arrive.
Weather Conditions
All marquee and gazebo hires are subject to suitable weather conditions.
KCM Inflatables Ltd reserves the right to delay, alter or cancel an installation if weather conditions make the setup or continued use of the structure unsafe. Any safety decision made by our team is final.
Customers must not remove anchoring, straps, panels or make any alterations to the structure without prior agreement from KCM Inflatables Ltd.
Base Hire & Optional Extras
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, the advertised base price is for the marquee structure, professional installation and collection only.
Optional extras such as flooring, carpet, lighting, heating, tables and chairs, sound systems, power and generators can be added separately or included as part of one of our event packages.
Please confirm any required extras before your event so they can be included within your quotation and setup schedule.
Customer Responsibility & Safety
Once installed, the marquee should be used in accordance with the instructions provided by KCM Inflatables Ltd.
A responsible adult should be present during the event, and all access routes and exits should remain clear.
KCM Inflatables Ltd cannot accept responsibility for accidents or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alterations to the structure or failure to follow the instructions provided.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
A minimum £50 booking fee is required to secure your booking, with the option to pay the full balance at the time of booking.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full before the booking date. Payments are made using the secure payment link sent by email 7 days before your event booking date.
All payments are non-refundable. Where applicable, payments may be transferred as credit towards a future booking in line with our cancellation terms.
We do not accept cash payments.
