Suitability & Safety
Our BeamZ BT410 lighting units require a suitable mains electricity supply and are intended for dry indoor environments.
They can also be considered for appropriately sheltered areas including our marquee or gazebo installations where the equipment and all electrical connections are fully protected from moisture and weather exposure.
The lights are not waterproof and must not be exposed to rain or damp conditions
All equipment must be securely positioned under shelter , with suitable access and power arrangements confirmed before installation.

Unless otherwise stated, advertised hire prices are based on the quantity specified within each product listing. Additional units can be selected during the online booking process, subject to availability.

Delivery, Installation & Collection
Delivery, installation and collection arrangements depend on the equipment hired, venue location and booking requirements.
Standalone equipment bookings may incur additional delivery, installation or collection charges. Please contact our team if you require a fully installed equipment package.
Power Supply Requirements
Electrical equipment requires access to a suitable and safe power supply. Customers should ensure that adequate electrical connections are available at their venue unless alternative power arrangements have been agreed in advance.
Generators and additional power equipment may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Indoor & Outdoor Suitability
Certain items, including lighting and sound equipment, are designed for indoor use or suitably protected environments only.
Electrical equipment must be protected from rain, moisture and adverse weather conditions. Outdoor installations, including equipment used inside marquees and gazebos, are subject to suitable shelter, weather conditions and safe electrical arrangements.
Equipment Safety & Usage
All equipment must be used appropriately and in accordance with any instructions provided by our team.
Lighting, speakers and other electrical equipment must be positioned securely, with cables arranged to minimise trip hazards.
Customers should not relocate, dismantle or modify professionally installed equipment without prior agreement.

Additional equipment can be selected during the online booking process where available. All bookings are subject to our standard hire terms and conditions, including applicable booking payments, cancellation policies and equipment hire requirements.
