Our Santa’s Grotto arrives complete with an elegant Santa’s chair, seasonal ornaments, tasteful fencing and a red carpet entrance — everything you need to set the scene and make every visit feel special.

Indoor Hire
All our Bouncy Castles, Inflatable Slides, Assault Courses, Soft play & Games are available to hire indoors & available all year round, prior to booking please check ceiling heights of your chosen venue when booking one of the above. Please allow a minimum of 15 minutes per item either side of the party times for setup and collection.
Outdoor Hire
Outdoor hires are also available all year round, from November 1st – 1st March all outdoor hires incur an added £30 charge during these months we highly recommend booking an indoor venue. Outdoor hires are weather permitting we do not hire in heavy or persistent rain, or when wind speeds/gusts are above 24mph this is for the safety of the users. We offer a non-refund policy on all payments but kindly work with the customer to rearrange to a future date this needs to be rearranged within 30days of the original booking date or all funds paid will be lost. We always aim to contact you beforehand & KCM Inflatables have the final decision whether the booking will be able to go ahead.
Safety Notes
All our equipment should be always supervised by a responsible adult and follow safety instructions written in your signed rental agreement instructions will also be given out prior to setting up.
Payment terms
When making a booking we ask for a 25% booking fee which is non-refundable to secure the booking whilst also offering the option of paying the full balance. We ask for all outstanding balances of your chosen products to be paid on the morning of your booking date before the arrival of the team. Final Payments can be made via the payment link that we will send to you via email on the date of arrival if you wish to pay this beforehand, please let us know and we will promptly send an email out to you to make the payment.
We don’t take cash payments.
Outdoor bookings we strongly recommend paying only the 25% booking fee to secure the booking.
