This expansion Piece can only be booked when booking our original Lightning Energy assault course and not as a singular item.

Indoor Hire
Please check the room size of your chosen venue before booking, we also ask to all customers to allow a minimum of 15minutes either side of the party times for setup and collection for this Product.
Outdoor Hire
Outdoor hires are available all year round. From November 1st – 1st March all inflatable outdoor hires incur an added £30 charge per inflatable.
Poor weather conditions (outdoor bookings)
For all outdoor bookings when the weather isn't suitable for your chosen Products KCM Inflatables will have the Final say whether the booking will go ahead or not. We do not hire our equipment outdoors when the weather forecast has given moderate-heavy rain or high windspeeds more than 24mph throughout the day. However, we do offer a Booking Fee guarantee scheme where the customer can choose to opt in to by paying an additional charge of £50 towards their booking Value (This is completely optional).
The £50 will guarantee the customer to get a full refund if the booking must be cancelled due to unsafe weather on the day, if the booking goes ahead then the £50 will be issued back to the customer as a credit note for a future booking. If the customer decides not to opt into the scheme they will not be eligible for a refund but will be able to either amend or reschedule their booking to a future date
Safety Notes
All our equipment should be always supervised by a responsible adult and follow safety instructions written in your signed rental agreement instructions which must be taken seriously. KCM inflatables cannot be made liable for any accidents when no staff member is present.
Payment terms & cancellation policy
When placing your booking you are agreeing to our payments and cancellations policy, A minimum of £50 booking fee will secure your booking whilst also offering the option of paying the full balance. We ask for all outstanding balances of your chosen products to be paid on the in full before your booking date. All Payments are to be made via a payment link that will be sent via email. If you choose to cancel your booking at any point no refunds will be issued.
Booking values over £250 are eligible to take advantage of our payment plan where you can pay in four quarterly instalments, if you wish to set up a payment plan please contact a member of the team prior to booking.
We don’t accept cash payments.
Our OPTIONAL booking guarantee scheme covers our customers for a full refund if the unlikely chance we are unable to deliver your chosen Products due to poor weather and unsafe conditions such as Rain/Snow/High Winds more than 24mph.
By opting into this scheme, the customer will pay an additional charge of £50 towards there booking, if we are unable to deliver the equipment due to weather related issues a full refund will be given. If the booking goes ahead as planned the additional £50 will be built up as credit to be used on a future booking. The £50 credit can’t be used to opt into the scheme on their future booking.
By not opting for this scheme the customer will not be entitled to a refund but would only be eligible to either amend or reschedule their booking to future date if there booking wouldn't be able to go ahead due to poor and unsafe weather.
The customer fully understands this scheme is optional to opt into.
