Indoor Hire

Please check the room size of your chosen venue before booking, We also ask to all customers to allow a minimum of 15 minutes per inflatable either side of the party times for setup and collection. (Average set up time of 30minutes for two standard sized bouncy castles 12x12ft/11x15ft).

Outdoor Hire

Outdoor hires are available all year round. From November 1st – 1st March all inflatable outdoor hires incur an added £30 charge per inflatable.

Poor weather conditions

In the event of unsuitable weather conditions our team reserve the right to make the decision in cancelling your order to be rescheduled to another date for the safety of its users. Inflatables cannot be used in wind speeds in excess of 24mph. In the event of your booking date weather forecast to be rainfall for the majority of the day we also reserve the right to cancel your order to be rescheduled to another date. Customers will be given 30 days to choose another date in the future.

Safety Notes

All our equipment should be always supervised by a responsible adult and follow safety instructions written in your signed rental agreement instructions which must be taken seriously. KCM inflatables cannot be made liable for any accidents when no staff member is present.

Payment terms & cancellation policy

When placing your booking you are agreeing to our payments and cancellations policy, A minimum of a 25% booking fee will secure your booking whilst also offering the option of paying the full balance instead for outdoor hires we recommend choosing the 25% booking fee. We ask for all outstanding balances of your chosen products to be paid on the in full before your booking date. All Payments are To be made via a payment link that will be sent via email. If you choose to cancel your booking at any point no refunds will be issued.

All payments are non-refundable however may be used as credit on a future booking if applicable.

Booking values over £250 are eligible to take advantage of our payment plan where you can pay in four quarterly installments, if you wish to set up a payment plan please contact a member of the team prior to booking.
