About This Marquee
Our 12m x 6m professional marquee is available for hire across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the wider East Midlands, providing a versatile covered space for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals and community occasions. Built using heavy duty commercial grade framing and weather resistant panels, it offers a smart and reliable setup for a wide range of events.
Base hire - Marquee Structure Only
Flooring, carpet, lighting, heating, furniture are not included in the base price and can be added separately or as part of one of our in house event packages to create complete set up.
Size & Capacity
The marquee measures 12m x 6m, providing approximately 72m². Capacity will depend on your chosen layout, furniture and event style, contact our team with your guest numbers and we can recommend a suitable setup.
As a general guide, the marquee can accommodate up to approximately 120 guests standing, seated capacity varies depending on your chosen table layout, furniture and any additional areas required for a bar, dance floor or entertainment. Site Requirements & Access
Please ensure there is enough clear, reasonably level space for the marquee size booked, with suitable access for our team and equipment. The installation area should be free from obstacles, low branches and anything that may prevent a safe setup.
If the marquee is to be installed on a hard surface such as concrete or tarmac, please let us know before booking so we can confirm whether the setup is suitable.
Setup & Collection
Marquee setup and collection times will vary depending on the size of the structure, venue access, ground conditions and any optional extras booked.
Our team will arrange suitable installation and collection times before your event. Please make sure the setup area is clear and accessible when we arrive.
Weather Conditions
All marquee and gazebo hires are subject to suitable weather conditions.
KCM Inflatables Ltd reserves the right to delay, alter or cancel an installation if weather conditions make the setup or continued use of the structure unsafe. Any safety decision made by our team is final.
Customers must not remove anchoring, straps, panels or make any alterations to the structure without prior agreement from KCM Inflatables Ltd.
Base Hire & Optional Extras
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, the advertised base price is for the marquee structure, professional installation and collection only.
Optional extras such as flooring, carpet, lighting, heating, tables and chairs, sound systems, power and generators can be added separately or included as part of one of our event packages.
Please confirm any required extras before your event so they can be included within your quotation and setup schedule.
Customer Responsibility & Safety
Once installed, the marquee should be used in accordance with the instructions provided by KCM Inflatables Ltd.
A responsible adult should be present during the event, and all access routes and exits should remain clear.
KCM Inflatables Ltd cannot accept responsibility for accidents or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alterations to the structure or failure to follow the instructions provided.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
A minimum £50 booking fee is required to secure your booking, with the option to pay the full balance at the time of booking.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full before the booking date. Payments are made using the secure payment link sent by email 7 days before your event booking date.
All payments are non-refundable. Where applicable, payments may be transferred as credit towards a future booking in line with our cancellation terms.
We do not accept cash payments.
