Created by joining two of our 6m x 3m professional gazebos with a connecting gutter system, this setup provides a generous covered space that can be adapted to suit a variety of occasions. Whether you’re planning a sheltered seating area, outdoor bar, catering station or entertainment space, our 6m x 6m gazebo is an excellent choice.
Spacious & Versatile Event Cover
With a combined footprint of 6m x 6m, our professional gazebos provide approximately 36m² of covered space, making this setup ideal for medium-sized gatherings or as additional shelter at larger events.
The two gazebos are professionally joined using a connecting gutter to help direct rainwater away from the adjoining roof edges, creating a larger and more practical covered area.
The versatile layout allows customers to arrange seating, tables, catering equipment or entertainment to suit their event requirements.
Base Hire – Gazebo Structures Only
The advertised base price covers two 6m x 3m professional gazebo structures and roof canopies, including the connecting gutter, standard grass anchoring, professional installation and collection by our experienced team.
Sidewalls, hardstanding installation and additional event equipment are available as optional extras during the online booking process.

Ground Surface & Anchoring
Our standard gazebo hire includes professional installation and suitable ground anchoring on grass.
For installations on hardstanding surfaces such as concrete, tarmac or paving, additional ballast equipment is required and will incur a separate charge.
Hardstanding installation can be selected as an optional extra later in the online booking process, with any additional charges displayed before confirming your booking. All hardstanding installations are subject to site suitability and confirmation that the necessary anchoring equipment is available.

Site Requirements & Access
Please ensure there is enough clear, reasonably level space for the marquee size booked, with suitable access for our team and equipment. The installation area should be free from obstacles, low branches and anything that may prevent a safe setup.
If the marquee is to be installed on a hard surface such as concrete or tarmac, please let us know before booking so we can confirm whether the setup is suitable.
Setup & Collection
Marquee setup and collection times will vary depending on the size of the structure, venue access, ground conditions and any optional extras booked.
Our team will arrange suitable installation and collection times before your event. Please make sure the setup area is clear and accessible when we arrive.
Weather Conditions
All marquee and gazebo hires are subject to suitable weather conditions.
KCM Inflatables Ltd reserves the right to delay, alter or cancel an installation if weather conditions make the setup or continued use of the structure unsafe. Any safety decision made by our team is final.
Customers must not remove anchoring, straps, panels or make any alterations to the structure without prior agreement from KCM Inflatables Ltd.
Base Hire & Optional Extras
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, the advertised base price is for the marquee structure, professional installation and collection only.
Optional extras such as flooring, carpet, lighting, heating, tables and chairs, sound systems, power and generators can be added separately or included as part of one of our event packages.
Please confirm any required extras before your event so they can be included within your quotation and setup schedule.
Customer Responsibility & Safety
Once installed, the marquee should be used in accordance with the instructions provided by KCM Inflatables Ltd.
A responsible adult should be present during the event, and all access routes and exits should remain clear.
KCM Inflatables Ltd cannot accept responsibility for accidents or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alterations to the structure or failure to follow the instructions provided.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
A minimum £50 booking fee is required to secure your booking, with the option to pay the full balance at the time of booking.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full before the booking date. Payments are made using the secure payment link sent by email 7 days before your event booking date.
All payments are non-refundable. Where applicable, payments may be transferred as credit towards a future booking in line with our cancellation terms.
We do not accept cash payments.
